Freezer Floor with Heated Glycol System

Project Scope:

• Saw cut and remove existing concrete slab.
• Excavate until suitable soil is present.
• Place 1st layer of bedding sand.
• Install boiler system and glycol lines.
• Place 2nd layer of bedding sand.
• Place two layers of rigid insulation.
• Place vapor barrier.
• Install rebar.
• Pour concrete slab.
• Install formwork for perimeter curbing.
• Pour concrete curbs.
• Saw cut control joints within the new slab.
• Fill control joints using epoxy joint filler.
• Apply concrete sealer.
